The Client must provide at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations. Failure to do so will result in the service fee being non-refundable.
I understand that there are many things that can come up in people's day to day lives. While truly sympathetic, when a client cancels without giving me enough notice, I cannot fill in their spot. In fairness to all my clients, my cancellation and reschedule policy is in place regardless of the reason for the cancellation/reschedule. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you are required to give me 48 hours’ notice. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, or miss your booking, your consult will not be refunded. You do not have an automatic right to a refund when cancelling the agreed booking or consultation after payment because you have changed your mind. Clare dog training does not offer refunds after professional training has commenced or thereafter.

Please ensure that all fees for the respective services are fully paid for the service delivered. Please note that training, behavioural modification Is non-refundable, regardless of whether all sessions are completed or all features of the service are utilized.
Failure to comply with the trainer's requirements via verbal or written statements, use of non-approved equipment, or non-compliance with the terms and conditions of the agreement may result in termination of all services
